The experience is quite rewarding. It consists of three steps: First, you complete an online assignment where you solve a problem and answer a multiple-choice quiz (QCM). If you pass this stage, you will then proceed to a behavioral interview. During this interview, you will be asked questions such as "Why Oracle?" and "Where do you see yourself in the next five years?"

An additional interview with the manager in case you pass the technical.
