Recruiter screen: pretty standard set of questions. Be ready to talk about why you want to join and answer simple questions about data modeling / their track stack.
Hiring manager chat: connected with the Head of Eng who was very personable and friendly. Was more of a call to talk about the company and answer questions.
Technical screen: FE and backend live coding problems. Know your data structures and arrays, maps, etc.

Major issue of ghosting candidates after long cycles of interviewing - which is disappointing after going through several rounds. Recruiter screen, hiring manager call, and subsequent call. Seems as if they are having internal issues.

4 round process. Relatively easy interviews. Passed the final round and they checked my references.
Two days later, the hiring manager sends me an email that was clearly written by ChatGPT. The largely incoherent email tells me that I was such an impressive candidate, they want to interview more people like me. I ask for a phone call to discuss, but the hiring manager ignores me.
They rewrite the job ad to match my resume, and repost it. 2 weeks later, I receive a templated rejection email not from the hiring manager, but from a person I had never spoke to.
Astonishing level of disrespect.
