Phone Discussion with recruiter, managers, than finally face to face interviews with managers. After you interview if the recruiter won't email or take your calls, than you don't have the job. You will need to figure this out quick because they 100% are rude after interviews. Also one of the managers took part of my presentation and applied at my company and I recognized it.
