Colloquio
1- Recruiter called and describe about role
2- First technical interview for 45 minutes. Pretty much standard networking questions, ARP, FTP, TCP/IP, OSPF etc
3- Second interview for about 45 minutes. Again same type of questions in detail
4- Interview with hiring manager about soft skills
5- Offer and accepted
