There was a reasonable amount of interviews, scheduled pretty quickly one after another. The process was easy. It was a mix of onsite and video interviews. The onsite interviews were between 1 and 2 hours. After every interview the recruiter would call back the next day to inquire about the interview and to let me know what the next step was.

The main purpose was trying to figure out if one fits into their culture, it also gave me an opportunity to understand if this company fits me. Questions asked were around people management, work load organisation, customer interactions..etc...
