Resume was submitted early October, had an initial HR screening call later that week. Eventually had a 2nd call scheduled with the manager late October. The 3rd round (panel style, 2 rounds, technical then managers) was delayed due to availability, but eventually happened mid November. Got notified I'd hear early the next week the results. Next week was called and told I wasn't technically ready for the position I applied for, but was advised there was another position I could likely make it into to ramp up more. Was then offered, and I accepted, more information on what was technically lacking, as well as requested more information on this other position. Was promised a call back early the next week. After almost two weeks of nothing (and multiple attempts to contact the recruiter), I was able to get them on a call via contacting their coworker. However, they only had a minor piece of information (maybe 1/5th of what was offered/requested), and still no data on why I was not eligible for the initial position (information they offered to get). A callback was scheduled for mid the next week. It's been over 5 weeks since that last scheduled call, and no attempted calls, emails, nothing. Recruiter seemed nice, so, either they're overworked or could use better organization.
