I have 4 round. A quick hr call, a 72h design challenge, a 60 min panel interview, a 30 min vp interview. It take about 3 weeks in total during the interview loop.

The first phase was a Personal interview about former experience
Next was going over the portfolio with questions on design decisions
Last phase was a Professional test - designing a complex solution and then talking about the process and results
