5 stages, each lasting between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes. All virtual like most companies. High usage of competency based questions from first interview / recruiter screen but stakeholder / team interviews more conversational. Recruiting were efficient and encouraging. The process took about three weeks from start to finish which I think is good. All interviewers were professional. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions & get to know them a bit. The not so great parts were with so many rounds by the time I got to the last and most challenging I was experiencing “competency interview fatigue” and did not perform my best. With 5 rounds I also spent almost 2 solid weeks preparing, learning and interviewing for this one role which is a big investment. It may have been more manageable on both sides if the senior leader interview had been step 3 not step 5 as per a process I was in at Workday who had stakeholder interviews after the senior leader interview.
