I had one Zoom call with a recruiter that reached out after seeing my resume in their system, I scheduled the interview within a day and by the next week, we connected. I havent heard back as unfortunately they dont have a lot of roles available at the moment

Super long process (5 interviews), met with everyone on the team, some multiple times. Everyone was very kind, but it felt extremely draining due to how long it took. Ended with me preparing a presentation for the entire team which took me days. The team was very kind following my presentation. I received an offer but declined because I received an offer with a different company. It's a shame because they seemed like a cool place to work, but I think they ward off lots of great talent by making their process too long.

Why Paramount? Do you have experience creating decks?
Hiring manager and recruiter was very welcoming and supportive throughout. Unfortunately role was removed due to hiring freeze but it was a great opportunity for me to learn more about the organization.

What are some examples of how you’ve navigated having multiple deadlines?
Standard interview process. First with HR, then two followup interviews with hiring manager / supervisor within the department. All behavioral questions, asking about prior experiences and interest in the position and company.
