Straight-forward discussions with appropriate members of the leadership team. No surprises or unexpected areas of difficultly. Given the impact of Covid all interviews were done using video chat sessions. Needed to demonstrate the ability to build team, a broad cross-section of skills and a willingness to jump into the fray and do what is needed to move the business forward.
