I have been in tons of interviews and landed many roles, but my experience with Patlytics was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. They requested a take-home project with a promise of compensation, yet failed to provide the necessary input files and ignored multiple requests for essential API keys. After a week of silence, they responded not with the agreed-upon compensation, but with a rejection email. This experience reflects a troubling level of disorganization, a lack of integrity, and manipulative treatment of candidates' time and effort.

The interview process was consisted of 2 interviews. The first one: basic leetcode question to filter out some candidates and briefly talk about the take home assessment. The second one: They say it is FE + BE coding challenge, but felt more like a system design.
