Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Patlytics
Colloquio
I have been in tons of interviews and landed many roles, but my experience with Patlytics was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
They requested a take-home project with a promise of compensation, yet failed to provide the necessary input files and ignored multiple requests for essential API keys. After a week of silence, they responded not with the agreed-upon compensation, but with a rejection email.
This experience reflects a troubling level of disorganization, a lack of integrity, and manipulative treatment of candidates' time and effort.

Overall, the interview experience is good. Take-home took a while for them to get back to me, but their recruiter kept me posted on the progress. Heard they got an in flux of applicants so it is understandable.
Once I heard back from their take-home assessment results, the remaining interview segments finished within 3 days. They seem to move candidates through the pipeline post-take-home really fast.

I had a quick leetcode question after they accepted my take-home. Then three onsites: One is the technical, second is the cross-functional, then leadership conversation w/ the CTO and CEO.

The interview process was consisted of 2 interviews.
The first one: basic leetcode question to filter out some candidates and briefly talk about the take home assessment.
The second one: They say it is FE + BE coding challenge, but felt more like a system design.
