I applied online. A day after a recruiter reached out with some written questions, I sent them back and was told another recruiter would contact me. This never happened, so I emailed and after some back and forth, the second recruiter set me up for a phone interview with the hiring manager.
I showed up on time and waited for half an hour, the manager never showed. I emailed the second recruiter, to no avail. HR replied a couple of days later wanting to reschedule. The manager showed up twenty minutes late for a thirty-minute interview; she was also clearly distracted for most of it.
I never heard back from them. I chased after HR for two months and was told that they were looking at other candidates or that the manager had not made a decision. Three emails later, I finally got a canned “we moved on to other candidates response“.
This was by far one of my most unprofessional and uncomfortable recruiting experiences for me.
