The company came to our college foe campus selection. First there was aptitude and skills written test comprising of about 20 puzzle questions and 3 programming questions. After that, about 20 persons were short listed for one on one interviews. There were two rounds of one on one interviews, HR and technical. In Hr round, they were looking to ascertain whether the candidate would fit in the culture of the company and the job that they were offering. The technical interview was easy. They asked questions about basic programming and the things that were mentioned in the CV.
