Colloquio
1. Phone call with HR person. Quite general.
2. Phone call with team lead. Resume stuff, a few competency qs, few role-related qs in second language. A little industry knowledge & company knowledge.
3. Oral language test by phone. Super-easy.
4. Face-to-face interview with two interviewers. All competency qs. Have 4,000 examples ready about customer service, perseverance, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, negotiation, relationship building, etc!!
5. Written language test: Simple email in English, sales-y email about benefits of Paypal in second language, few paragraphs about you and your motivation in second language.

Lots of questions on decision making: Not only generic, but also instances where you hadn't all the information, others disagreed with you, etc.
1st round HR (basic introduction and salary expecations)
2nd round operations (situation based)
Prepare for any past experiences that you can relate with current role which tests your communication skills, organization skills

Lack of communication between management and recruiter, bad explanation on next steps, wrong approach with talents.
No fair opportunities and always the same people do interview for the role despite many manager working in the same department
