There is a phone interview first, which lasts about 30 minutes and deals mainly with general questions about your work experience. If you are approved to continue, for this type of position, there is only one n person interview. If you are applying for management or higher, then PayPal may have you come in for up to 4 interviews, depending on the position within management.

They specially ask you questions relating to international finance, obviously because they are an international finance company. You are asked if you know what money laundering is, terrorist financing, and other such questions. It is also good to already have a PayPal account, and a little bit of knowledge of the basics on how PayPal works, from having that PayPal account. You are also asked questions relating to how to handle a difficult customer over the phone, which is an important aspect of this type of position. The remaining questions are really standard for any job interview.
1st round HR (basic introduction and salary expecations)
2nd round operations (situation based)
Prepare for any past experiences that you can relate with current role which tests your communication skills, organization skills

Lack of communication between management and recruiter, bad explanation on next steps, wrong approach with talents.
No fair opportunities and always the same people do interview for the role despite many manager working in the same department
