I applied through Linked In Jobs. Within weeks HR representative contacted me through email. Got 1st interview with HR consultant and 2nd interview with US Marketing Director. The role was to manage marketing positioning and partnerships to broaden PayPal penetration in Brazil. People were nice and very informal. Questions were all about details on personal experience and job history.
