Interview round 1 was good. Round 2 was not. The problem is people with 4 to 5 years of experience take the interview for similar roles as them. People prepare some questions and solutions based on their approach. And when you provide an alternative approach , and explain it during simulation, they are unable to understand. Also I feel there is no diversity in the teams . Round 1 ,2 3 interviewers belonged to the same linguistic community. I fewl that is taken into account t while selecting people as well. So it's not fully fair. I get a feeling that Paypal used to be good earlier and no more now. Though you answer all the questions , you are not progressed to the next round and no reasoning is given

The whole interview process was smooth. I had to fly to Chennai office to be part of the several rounds of interviews from teams across globe, all of us were technically grounded and sensible .
