There was 1st round..I cleared it and I got next round email.. Then they cancelled it as manager is not available. And now they say position is on hold. Complete waste of time

Interview process went smooth and HR responds was slow, it would have been better if they provide feedback early, I got the feedback after a month and got selected, unfortunately I joined in another company
