The interview process was first I applied online for an opening they had in my area. Received phone call from recruiter few days later by name of JENNIFER. She set up a call with hiring manager, spoke with him got drilled on behavioral questions so you need to be on your A game. Met with hiring manager face to face for about two hours. Then had phone call with another manager for about 45 minutes. Then shortly after offer was made. Jennifer keep you informed by phone, text email she is awesome really made me feel good about joining the company even though I had other offers. I am very very happy with the choice to join Paylocity.

If you don't have experience in payroll/hr mgmt, you're probably not getting an offer. It's ridiculous that this company is trying to achieve growth through competitor personnel acquisition; that's a double-standard, it is morally wrong. You cannot require your new hires to sign a non-compete and actively seek competitor's personnel.
Call with corporate recruiter, call with regional manager, call with senior manager, in person interview with regional manager and follow up calls with corporate recruiter. Personality assessment.

The process was relatively smooth. I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then the Sales Director. I then took a personality profile, followed that with a face-to-face interview with the Sales Director and was ultimately hired. The entire process took less than a month.
