I was called for interview for QA position. I reached on time at 10 am. Written test started around 11:30. It had ques of manual testing, Jmeter Linux, SQL, Selenium.
Then I had interview at 3.45 pm. Interview went very well but then they said feedback not positive. Lot of people who came had links inside company which was very much visible out there.
In after lunch slot no one was selected. It seems they were just taking interiew for the sake of it and they hired people out of first few interviews which they had in morning.

Colloquio
Process was of 4 rounds first was the technical plus appti objective based paper. It had questions related to java, linux, sql and 2 questions of very easy apptitude related to age. Second, third and fourth round was technical interview. They will ask all about your projects u have worked uoon, roles and responsibilities. Then moving to the tech part sql commands, linux commands, java and will ask to write a program. About selenium they will ask as per your experience and shall dig to know how much u have realy worked on. Questions will be both bookish like types of xpaths, locators etc and also how you have used the framework.
They are looking to know more then they will g8ve you program ir script for examples to write. Also, testng, drivers etc.
Lastely their will be a question related to annalytical skills.
They will give you time to think and write which ever task they give like sql query, java program etc.
All in all a comppete technical intervoew to show case all that you know and can work up on.
However there is one thing that the number of people taking the interviews were less so you might need to wait for long hours. (carry something to eat as it might take hours for your turn to come)

One of the worst experience I have ever had in the job hunting season. Never go into their walking. I had a written round which was cleared. Then it was a 40 min technical round. It was good. After that HR comes and tell me that your feedback is not positive . But still take a new copy of your resume and go into the opposite building of Paytm itself where we are hiring for same position in another project. Till this point everything was fine. But after that, the process was getting worst. I went their and waited for 3 hours but no-one took the Interview. Only one hr was there and she wasn’t able to manage the walk-in. Same thing happened with many people on that day.
