They interviewed over BlueJeans and had you do write sample stored procedures. Upon finishing I was told how they want to hire me immediately. Having told them exactly my strengths and weaknesses they proceeded to give me tasks on subjects I knew nothing about and was laid off after about 6 months.

The whole interview was basically watching you write a couple procedures.
