Technically, this is a temp to hire position for 6 months handled by Manpower. For 6 months you work under a temp agency and then after 6 months you get converted to Penumbra.
When I went, the temp agency that handled this position was called Human Bees. I am unsure as to if the interview process has still changed, but this process was what I experienced(and what I remember) when I worked under Human Bees. Before I talk about the process, bring acceptable documents from the Form I-9 list.
The Process(in no particular order):
Online test that evaluates High School/GED level English/Math as well as internet use
Microscope usage test
Interview by a lead at Penumbra
If all goes well, at the end, you have to present your documents and fill out a paper indicating whether you want Day(6am-2:30pm) or Swing(3pm-11:30pm) shift.

I was not sent the proper instructions on how to enter the building were assessments were being conducted or there was a miscommunication. But eventually I was able to check in, fill out a little paperwork, & wait to be called. One of the staff members for Human Bees was acting funny. Human Bees is a staffing (temp) agency which is a red flag. Why would penumbra need/use them? It might be the company knows it has some questionable employment practices. I got the feeling it's a type of company were you can't talk to other co-workers or prolly get in trouble. Which is why they use a temp service, they're strategically avoiding things.
