There were two rounds with similar questions each. Centered around their Great5 - growth, relationships, execution, agility, thinking. They left a lot of time for you to ask questions. Both were virtual.

I talked to a campus rep at a job fair at my University. She was very nice and polite, we briefly talked and then they reached out via email to invite me in for the first of two interviews. I felt that the interview went well, but unfortunately I did not get invited to the second round of interviews.

The process was a total of around 5 conversations with different people. They asked a broad range of questions from very generic HR questions to job-specific questions. I met with local area managers as well as corporate folks.
Easy situation based questions, then an open q and a session. Not very descriptive job description. Applied online, regional company so you can basically work from wherever, but it is hands on, not virtual
