HR reached out and did an initial screening. Once OK, moved it to the actual hiring manager who interviewed and invited to meet others. ON premise interviews included two 1:1 and one 3 member group interview.

Connect with HR for screening followed by lengthy 3-part "Pephire" digital test mandatory for every applicant. Test includes a series of models playing out various leadership situations where you are sitting in different roles not necessarily related to the role you're applying for (head of HR, marketing, finance etc). Also includes brain teaser puzzles to eb completed on a timer. Based on results, you'll meet with hiring manager.
