I got interviewed for engineering manager QA role. First round - Some management related question Second round - Coding question and framework related question. Third round - Coding related question on data structure. Also the round were dont by people who are themselves having very less experience I got rejected after 3rd round even after coding the exact optimised solution. Not sure about what were they expecting. But i think they need to be more mature in their hiring approach. All the best for you interview process.
