It was well organized and practical conversation. It was remote. Interview held on English with an HR specialist. She inform me about company with details. The only disadvantege is you cant apply another position after you have done one interview

Il commence par un filtrage des CV afin de sélectionner les candidatures correspondant le mieux au profil recherché. Ensuite, un entretien téléphonique de présélection est réalisé avec un recruteur pour évaluer la motivation, la compréhension du poste et la compatibilité culturelle. Si cette étape est concluante, le candidat est invité à passer un test en ligne, qui peut être cognitif ou analytique, destiné à mesurer ses capacités de raisonnement et ses compétences techniques. Suivent ensuite une série d’entretiens techniques et comportementaux avec des membres de l’équipe, visant à évaluer les connaissances en data analysis, les capacités de résolution de problèmes et les soft skills. Une journée d’évaluation (Assessment Day) est ensuite organisée, durant laquelle le candidat travaille sur un cas pratique et présente sa solution, souvent en présentiel. Enfin, un entretien final, dit "Closing interview", permet de conclure le processus avant qu’une proposition d’embauche ne soit faite.

Very bad experience. A total of 5 stages in the hiring process, with the final stage being a talk to CEO or similar, who has the last subjective say; (never heard of anything like that, 5 stages!). The process takes months and is a complete LOSS of time. First stage consists of a 30 minutes interview with HR (generic questions, motivations etc). Second stage is gorillatest assessment (passing score 80%, takes 40 minutes to complete), 3rd stage is 2 successive interviews, 1h each, with two different analysts (30min getting to know you and 30min case-study focused on the company’s business). Regarding this 3rd stage I have some comments: the experience was REALLY BAD, they were not professional at all. The impression is that the company puts there completely inexperienced people. One of them even said some swear-words during the interview, and openly admitted on not having read my resume. I am speechless by how unprofessionally the interviews were conducted. 4th stage is a full day where you actually go to the Amsterdam office to work for a day to solve a business problem and present your solution at the end (basically working for free). And 5th stage, if you reach this, is a meeting with top management. At some point of the interview stages they will find a way to reject you. It seems all they are looking for is a reason NOT to hire you. So don't lose your time.
