The initial email exchanges were genuinely useful and set a positive tone. The screening call itself was a different experience. The interviewer had her camera off throughout and did not feel particularly engaged, which made it difficult to have a real conversation. For a company that clearly invests in its product and brand, it felt like the candidate experience had not received the same attention.

I was really impressed with the process. It was structured, quick and they feedback in detail when not successful - I felt it was a good reflection on the company. The process involved a couple of stages and a presentation which needed 1 - 1.5 days work to prepare for which they pay you.
