I had one call with the hiring manager and then was flown out for an all day on-site interview. During the interviews I was asked vague architectural questions and general questions about what type of manager I would be. From my perspective, and from the reactions I received from my interviewers I left with the feeling that I nailed the interview. The following week I received an email (not a phone call) telling me I was not receiving an offer. I replied asking for feedback and was ignored. All of my subsequent emails requesting feedback have also been ignored, which I not only find to be unprofessional, but disrespectful as well.
