After applying, it took approx a week to hear from a recruiter to set up the first chat. From here there was a chat set up with the local sales manager and then finally a 2 hour round which consisted of 3 back to back interviews with different team members and a presentation. The presentation was quite in depth and needed to be created from scratch. The interview process itself was completed over 3 weeks. The communication in between each round was fabulous but then this is where it stopped. After my final interviews, I was told I would hear back the following week. After hearing nothing, I followed up a week later and was told they were still deciding and I would hear back shortly. This continued for weekly for another 2 weeks . Exactly 3 weeks later after my final interviews and being given no feedback I was sent a generic rejection email. From other Glassdoor interviews it seems this is potentially common practice where the carrot is dangled for weeks. It was both tiring and incredibly disappointing.

Professional but easy going. They asked a lot about my education and problem solving examples. They did not focus on my marketing background because they trained all there employees very well.
