I was very impressed with my interview experience at Pinterest. I didn't make it past the phone screen phase, but I found the process to be quite efficient. Both of the individuals I spoke with (recruiter and hiring manager) were personable, intelligent, and adept at describing the role. I genuinely enjoyed both conversations! I was disappointed to not move forward in the hiring process, as I came away from the phone screen with a very positive impression of the company.
