Had a brief 30 minute phone call followed by conversations with 2 designers about my portfolio projects and some app critique questions. Had a super awesome time interviewing with them. The interviewers were really sweet and humble. The phone screen was standard as the recruiter tried to guage my interest and whether I will be a culture fit or not.

Recruiter screen first, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a portfolio/case study presentation. After that there’s usually a product design or critique exercise, cross-functional interviews with PMs/engineers, and then final behavioral rounds. They seem to focus a lot on product thinking, communication, collaboration, and being able to explain design decisions/tradeoffs clearly.
