Thank you for your perspective. We apologize for any delay in communications with you. We have been receiving a tremendous response to our open positions allowing our recruiters and hiring managers to take some time to review each and every candidate and their background thoroughly (not quickly scan resumes and reject), meet with a selected few in person and then make the hard decision of who to select for an offer. Based on prior feedback received, we now allow a self-service feature in our recruiting system that allows candidates to follow their status updates as they progress in the selection process. As you have read in some of the responses, at PlanSource, during the interview process we have several touch points which can make the process longer than candidates are used to. However, this allows both the candidate and PlanSource to ensure they are the best fit for each other. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
