The interview process was straight forward and well organized. I applied online for the role and was contact by the recruitment team (specifically Holly who was wonderful). After going through the initial discussion about the role and my background, I took a skills/aptitude test which in this type of role is commonplace. After completing the aptitude test, I was referred on to a few rounds of interviews with folks in different roles throughout the organization I would be working with. The interview questions were related to the role, felt directly relevant, and did not feel like "gotcha questions". Each interview was between thirty minutes & one hour to covered the role, how the person would interact with a person in this role, and my related background. One additional note, Holly and the recruitment team were extremely responsive and provided feedback along the whole journey, which as an applicant is rare to see and really creates the best possible experience.
