I was contacted by company recruiter via a social media site post which we had a quick phone connect. She explained how they are setting a new office in Bangalore and they are recruiting for multiple roles. Once the call is done she shared some analytical tests from CCAT and a personality assessment test. I completed them as suggested but post that she went incommunicado and was not coming back with updates. Post many follow ups one fine day I got an update that I didnt clear the exam to which I was sure I would have. On further trying to get a feedback to improve myself I was told that there was some mistake at their end and they will get back very soon which never happened.
