Interview
The interview process starts off with a screening call which is usually conducted by one of their Early Career Talent Leads, in my case, it was Kimberly Spratt. Once they have identified that you really want to work for the company, you're supposed to take a CCAT test (cognitive test) which tests your math, verbal and spatial reasoning. The difficulty level of the test is average but the real problem is the time constraint of the test. Anyway, if you prepare well for it - you will do well. Not to forget, you're supposed to get a score of 30 out of the 50 points exam. Next, if you pass this test you would be interviewing with either the Customer Success Manager or the Vice President of Customer Sucess. They will cover STAR questions over this interview. Further, if you pass this step you would go through the last phase of the process wherein you would be expected to prepare for Critical Thinking and Motivation based questions. The interview process was rigid but I promise you that you will grow big time if you prepare for it seriously. Wish you the very best!
