Colloquio
The interview process consists of three meetings, one hr, one technical, and one with management. The first interview is with HR in which you find out more about the job and what are they looking for. Then the technical interview is more of a discussion about your technical background. After that is an interview with someone from the management team which is more like a friendly talk about future plans.
2 step interview
first step is technical, second is behaviour. both steps about a hour long. remote interview via zoom.
questions are directed to practical skills no unnecessary theory and stupid questions

Interview steps:
1. Short 20 min pre-interview with few questions and small live coding task
2. 2 hours interview with big 1 hour task
3. Management interview (30 minutes)
I liked level of professionals I was talking too, we got a lot of topics to discuss, maybe that is why lower I have chosen difficulty as Average, as i was really interested in discussion
