I had four separate 30-minute interviews, each with a different employee, and I noticed I was repeating myself quite a bit because I was being asked very similar questions each time. Everyone was friendly throughout the process and the presentation I prepared for my fourth interview was interesting, but I was ghosted afterwards. I followed up twice, was told I would hear back in a week, and it never happened.

Ghosted!!! Long and drawn out process to then be ghosted at the end after a verbal offer and call with HR (likely due to my salary expectations). UK team are incredibly lovely and so I didn't mind having repeated interviews with them, and a case study. However after the verbal offer the European HR team then set up a call with me, asked me my salary expectations and then almost laughed (even though it's my current salary which I felt was really abrasive reaction) and said that it was more than double what they were willing to pay and she would get back to me. She didn't. That was 6 weeks ago. I saw the job advert go back online. Super unprofessional closing, would advise people to stay away due to HR professionalism or to push to stay close to UK team when offer comes in. They need to be a bit more transparent with salary ranges before you put rounds of prep in, if possible.
