Submitted resume online via PCC website. Received a call from HR asking typical pre-screen questions. Subsequent phone call with hiring manager to go over resume, work experience, skills, aspirations, etc. Invited onsite for a 1/2 day session with numerous individuals over numerous meetkngs. Team leads, architects, director and vp. Some panel discussion, others one on one. Multi and varied questions from technical details of past projects, team leadership skills, project management skills, etc
Whole process took 3-4 weeks.
Did this for a couple of positions over a 3-4 month period.
1st position was declined as they went with internal resource, feedback was I was missing the entrepreneurial zest needed.
2nd position, applied online and never got a call even though positively referred by previous hiring manager.
3rd position, went through whole process, had very positive sessions but was told not technical enough for the role. Interesting as the interviews were not technically in-depth, more conversational style.
Feedback from hr recruiters were not very helpful or insightful, I got better feedback from friends on the inside asking those in the know.
