Progressed through 3 phone interviews to face to face interviews in Toronto. All-day interview with 5 managers in succession (9:30 - 3:30). I wore a dark suit and tie. 3 interviewers wore shorts and flip flops.

straight forward - behavioural type questions. use the STAR method and you will be fine, given this interview was around 2020. 2 sets of interviews with a recruiter than a manager/director.

example of a time you handled a difficult customer
Took too long. 3 different interviews. Different scenarios to answer lots of going back and forth. But friendly interview. Was comfortable and to the point. The process took long though, don't normally expect 3 separate interviews.
