      Thorough, you will speak with the recruiter, then the manager and the next round will be with the VP of Sales and the AE on your team- that was the process for me but I believe there is one more round you go through after the VP of Sales and AE.

      The hiring process was incredibly smooth and pleasant. I applied on LinkedIn for a general Sales posting for North America and heard back on email from a recruiter to schedule a quick 15 min phone call. During the phone call, the recruiter asked some preliminary questions about my background and gave me some information on the role. She then scheduled a video interview with the managers a few days later. The interview with the sales managers was very conversational, I had prepared for tricky questions but never felt that I had to draw from them. They asked basic questions surrounding the role such as ‘Why Sales’ and I felt comfortable throughout the interview. (30 mins long) I was then asked to give a second interview (with the VP) that same day following the first interview. That interview was also incredibly casual and was just to confirm a good company fit. (15 mins long) The best part of the process was the transparency in each step of the way. The recruiter as well as the manager discussed salary expectations which I really appreciated knowing what I can expect going forward. I was offered a position the same day following my two interviews. The entire hiring process was easy and friendly. Training took place all online with WFH and on-boarding is quite thorough to ensure that you learn company’s products and value props in and out. Overall, it was a great interviewing experience and I would recommend being yourself and preparing for a genuine conversation in which you can draw from your experiences!
