A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn asking if I was interested in the role. We took it from there and had the first round of phone interview (basic questions on experience and expectations). It was around 30 mins. Then the in-person technical interview was scheduled. It was held in the head office in Mississauga. There were 2 rounds of in-person interviews on the same day. The 1st one was more on experience and soft skills (only a little technical) while the 2nd one was purely technical. There's a test on paper (I was asked to do only some of it, not all) and a main problem where you have to write your solution on the white board. It took around 2 hours for the in-person interview.
Overall it was a very positive experience. Sylvia, the recruiter, was very professional and accommodating all throughout the process. The only downside I could think of is I had to wait for around 2 months before I could start but I understood the situation so in the end it's okay. Again, very positive interview experience.
