The first round was a written test which had few questions on how you would respond to customer complaints and queries through mail. It had few questions on grammar and an essay write up. The second round was with a manager and she was asking about the career objective and why I chose this profile. The second round was with a senior associate and out of all the rounds I liked this round because the interviewee was warm and friendly. She was asking some behavioural questions and about my other interests. The third round was with the director and the final round was with the senior recruiter. The interview was pretty chill but it made me realise that I have to analyse and have a clarity on certain aspects of my life. The team will make you feel comfortable but don’t take it for granted and make sure you don’t involve in any loose talk (they will try to get there, but be conscious about it).
