A recruiter contacted me on linkedin saying he's found my profile interrsting abd would like to offer a job. After a first interview (online) he sent me an email asking me to fill some forms. But he sent the email with a wrong name, and tgen apologized and ssnt abother email! The second intervew was fine, they asked me to talk about my background and expertise while they explained about the project. The third interview was the worst and mist unprofessional interview I've ever experienced! The call was arranged witg 6 people participants. But they never showed up, I waited online and no body connected to the call, so I sent them an email and one person apoligiEd and said that he will be soon online When he finally began the call with 30 minute delay, he was very rude, very snob, and unprofessional. He did not even introduced himself, he did not explain about the job, or my tasks. He asked "did you ever see our website? What chsnged wokld you make to it?) Anyway, they said they'll let me know the results in a week, but even after 4 weeks no response from them! I even contacted the recruiter , and he said they let me know in a week, but nothing yet. Very rude, unprofessional and snob management.
