The communication during this process is the thing that stands out the most to me. CEO was clear on what she was looking for from the role, what the process would look like, and was very consistent in communication during the cycle on next steps. All other members of the team I met with were equally prepared. It felt that they not only had clear intentions of what each person wanted from the role/interview, but also that they came across as genuine in their desire to allow me transparent insight into the company. This was a very well run process.

Tell me about a time your team had forecast a deal to close, and at the last minute the customer raised an objection? How did you handle this and what if anything did you do to ensure something like this didn't continue to happen in future deals?
The interview process was mutually professional and thorough. All conversations were positive and I especially enjoyed meeting Prelay employees, advisors, and investors. I gained a great deal of respect for Gabriella and team throughout the process.
