The process started with a screen where we delved into my experience and what I was looking for. While the questions started as standard, the interviewer took time to really understand me and what I brought to the organization. From there, it was a loop where I connected with the team to get a feel for my potential coworkers and the culture, while they were able to further evaluate me. Lastly, it ended with the offer process, which again was tailored to my experience, needs, and what the business was looking for. Throughout the process, I was treated as a human, there was incredible transparency, and the people were genuine.
