There are 2-3 rounds of interviews with Brand director and senior brand director. Prepare your achievements in the past that shows relevancy with their PEAK performance (Check on their website for interviews guide). You can feel the pressure during the interview.

I started by applying online where I had two screening tests - one personality and one quantitative. I then did a virtual interview and an in person interview. The in person interview was 7 questions and was very difficult. Five were behavioral and two were situational.
