Long proccess of 3 interviews with higher-up managers. For me, it lasted 3 months, for some people it takes 1 month, really depends on the situation. Similar questions from interview to interview, mostly behavioural, focusing on key words that you mention while answering the question.

1. P&G test. I assume it’s standard for any role. 2. Series of three interviews. It a MUST to read about PEAK performance assessment when preparing to them. Interviewers were nice.
