The whole selection process lasted 2.5 months more or less with 4 interviews in total. The first one is an assignment, you can find alla the information about it on the website. My personal advice is to prepare it doing similar exercises over and over because it might be tricky. In my experience that was the hardest part. The other 2 interviews were behavioural, with medium-level questions. Getting this part done, you officially enter the pool of candidates that different managers can contact to join their projects. If contacted you'll have a final interview with the manager where you talk about the project + some technical questions about the topic you gonna work on.
