Verschillende rondes met HR die amper Engels praat. Zeer onduidelijk te verstaan en zij was al geïrriteerd nog voor het gesprek begon.
Heel onaangenaam en oneerlijk. Of je doorgaat naar de volgende ronde hangt af van de HR waarmee je praat, niet je competenties.
